WASHINGTON, July 31 -- The office of Sen. James Lankford, R-Oklahoma, issued the following news release:
Senator James Lankford (R-OK) today delivered a speech on the floor of the Senate about the appropriations process and specifically the funding bill from the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Subcommittee, and the its' impact on Oklahoma. In April, Lankford was named chairman of the subcommittee.
