BANGOR, Maine, July 19 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine, Halsey B. Frank, issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Halsey B. Frank announced that Eric Tracy, 46, of Bangor, pled guilty today in U.S. District Court to conspiracy to distribute heroin and cocaine base, commonly known as "crack."
