FALLS CHURCH, Virginia, June 28 -- Fairfax County Public Schools issued the following news release:

Fairfax County Public Schools Superintendent Scott Brabrand announced the selection of Dr. Frances Ivey as deputy superintendent of Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS). Ivey will assume the duties of the deputy superintendent effective July 1, 2018.
