TOWSON, Maryland, June 28 -- Baltimore County Public Schools issued the following news release:
Florence Falatko, a Grade 5 mathematics teacher at Cromwell Valley Elementary Magnet School, is the winner of a Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching.
