TOWSON, Maryland, June 28 -- Baltimore County Public Schools issued the following news release:
Mason Miller-Breetz, a 2018 graduate of Towson High School, has been awarded his second National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y) scholarship by the U.S. State Department's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
