WASHINGTON, June 28 -- Rep. Kevin Cramer, R-North Dakota, issued the following news release:
Congressman Kevin Cramer announced $215 million was appropriated in H.R. 6157, the Department of Defense (DOD) Appropriations Act of 2019 to modernize the Northrop Grumman RQ-4 Global Hawk (RQ-4s).
