RICHMOND, Virginia, June 27 -- Gov. Ralph S. Northam, R-Virginia, issued the following news release:

Governor Ralph Northam today announced that the Commonwealth of Virginia is initiating a unique partnership with Huntington Ingalls Industries' (NYSE:HII) Newport News Shipbuilding division to support a major hiring initiative.
