WASHINGTON, June 26 -- The office of Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tennessee, issued the following news release:
The Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee today approved reauthorizations of the PREEMIE Act, aimed at preventing premature births, and the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act.
