Local Man Charged With Hate Crime in Attack Outside Cincinnati Restaurant

CINCINNATI, Ohio, March 21 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio, Benjamin C. Glassman, issued the following news release:

A federal grand jury has charged Izmir Koch, 32, of Huber Heights, with violating the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act in an indictment unsealed today.
