KINGSTON, Rhode Island, March 16 -- The University of Rhode Island issued the following news release:
A part-time faculty member in the University of Rhode Island's College of Engineering and full-time engineer at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center has won a U.S. Department of Defense Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Advocate Award.
The award was presented to John DiCecco, who holds three degrees in electrical engineering from URI, at the Pentagon Library . . .
