INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, March 16 -- The Indiana House Republicans issued the following news release:
State Rep. Dale DeVon's (R-Granger) legislation requiring an annual report on the educational outcomes of youth in foster care could soon become law.
DeVon said House Enrolled Act 1314 would task the Department of Education, the Department of Child Services and the State Board of Education with preparing a report on educational outcomes for youth in foster care.
