SAN FRANCISCO, California, March 16 -- The San Francisco Unified School District issued the following news release:

The San Francisco Board of Education on Tuesday approved the $73.7 million Public Education Enrichment Fund (PEEF) Expenditure Plan Proposal, which allocates voter-approved funds for sports, libraries, arts, music and other programs in the city's public schools.
