TWIN CITIES, Minnesota, March 14 -- The University of Minnesota issued the following news release:
Tonight in his final State of the State address, Governor Mark Dayton expressed his full support for the University of Minnesota's fiscal year 2019 supplemental budget request: $10 million to hold tuition flat on all five U of M campuses for Minnesota resident undergraduates--approximately 31,500 students.
