Rep. Foxx Issues Statement on House Passage of STOP School Violence Act

WASHINGTON, March 14 -- Rep. Virginia Foxx, R-North Carolina, chairman of the House Education and the Workforce Committee, issued the following statement on the House passage of the STOP School Violence Act (H.R. 4909):
