In commemoration of the University of the Virgin Islands'(UVI) 56th Anniversary of its charter on March 16, 1962, this year's Charter Day program will feature a keynote address by Professor Emerita, Dr. Marilyn Krigger, author of "Race Relations in the U.S. Virgin Islands."
