ARKANSAS CITY, Kansas, March 14 -- Cowley College issued the following news release:
The Cowley College Board of Trustees authorized College administration to enter into the necessary partnerships to offer Army ROTC starting in the fall of 2018 during the regularly scheduled monthly meeting held Monday in the McAtee Dining Center.
