WASHINGTON, March 13 -- The Senate Armed Services subcommittee on Cybersecurity issued the following testimony by Lt. Gen. Paul M. Nakasone, commander of U.S. Army Cyber Command, at a hearing entitled "Cyber Posture of the Services":
