PHOENIX, Arizona, March 13 -- The Arizona Board of Regents issued the following news release:
The Arizona Board of Regents welcomes Lauren L'Ecuyer as the new student regent on the board pending approval by the Arizona State Senate. L'Ecuyer was appointed to the board by Gov. Doug Ducey and is an undergraduate student at Northern Arizona University. L'Ecuyer will begin serving her two-year term on July 1, 2018, when Student Regent Vianney Careaga concludes his term.
