EUGENE, Oregon, March 13 -- Lane Community College issued the following news release:
Margaret Hamilton, president of Lane Community College in Eugene, has been appointed to the Sacred Heart Medical Center Community Health Board.
Hamilton was a nurse before launching her 28-year career in community college administration. She was named Lane's seventh president in July 2017 after a rigorous nationwide search.
