ST. PAUL, Minnesota, March 12 -- The Minnesota State House Republican Caucus issued the following statement by state Rep. Ron Kresha (R-Little Falls) and Rep. Bud Nornes (R-Fergus Falls), who chairs the House committee on higher education in light of the University of Minnesota's student referendum regarding discrimination against the state of Israel:
