HARTFORD, Connecticut, March 12 -- Gov. Dannel P. Malloy, D-Connecticut, issued the following joint with Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman, and State Department of Education Commissioner Dianna Wentzell on the Trump administration's school safety proposals:
