PHOENIX, Arizona, March 12 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Arizona issued the following news release:
The ACLU of Arizona has sent letters to more than 100 public charter schools demanding immediate changes to these schools' discriminatory enrollment policies. The letters addressed unlawful enrollment policies related to special education, student discipline history, and mandatory fees or volunteer hours.
