HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, March 11 -- The Pennsylvania Department of Education issued the following news:
Today, Executive Deputy Secretary of Education, David Volkman helped unveil a new mural for permanent display in the lobby of the department. The unveiling was part of an event recognizing student artists from across Pennsylvania for Youth Art Month.
