ST. LOUIS, Missouri, Feb. 22 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri issued the following news release:
Fernando Reyes, 37, a resident of Florida, was indicted today on charges of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and mail fraud.
