PORTLAND, Oregon, Jan. 12 -- The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality issued the following news release:
The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality is accepting public comments on a proposed rulemaking for the underground storage tank program. The rulemaking would update testing and inspection requirements, update standards for tanks and revise annual tank fees, among other things.
