WASHINGTON, Dec. 14 -- Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, issued the following statement on the Federal Communications Commission's vote to reverse Obama-era "net neutrality" regulations through Chairman Ajit Pai's Restoring Internet Freedom order:
