LEICESTER, England, June 24 -- The Leicestershire County Council issued the following news release:
Cyclists are being encouraged to 'cycle and ride' from the Enderby park and ride.
The innovative site, designed and built by the city and county councils with construction partners Tarmac, boasts a covered, secure cycle rack and free lockers available to store helmets and equipment in.
