CHAPEL HILL, N.C., Dec. 9 -- The Chapel Hill Police Department issued the following news release:
The Town of Chapel Hill will ask residents for their perception of Town services in the first survey conducted by the Town to be mailed during the second week of December.
The statistically valid survey is being conducted by ETC Institute, a professional market research firm based in the Kansas City area. ETC has administered surveys in more than 300 cities and counties . . .
