SALT LAKE CITY, Dec. 10 -- The Utah Attorney General issued the following news release:
An attorney who earned national recognition for battling prescription drug abuse and an investigator who innovated new ways to take down con artists are being honored today by the Utah Attorney General's Office. At an awards luncheon, Attorney General Mark Shurtleff announced that Lana Taylor is the 2009 Attorney of the Year and Bill Fossmo is the 2009 Employee of the Year.
