WASHINGTON, Dec. 10 -- Rep. Nick Joe Rahall, D-W.Va. (3rd CD), issued the following news release:
U.S. Rep. Nick J. Rahall (W.Va.-03) announced that he secured $600,000 for the Colonial Intermodal Facility in Bluefield, in the final version of the FY2010 appropriations measure (H.R. 3288), which passed the House of Representatives today by a vote of 221-202.
"If we want to re-grow our downtowns, they have to be convenient and affordable for shoppers and busine . . .
