Soldiers Have 'Safety Rights and Responsibilities'

WASHINGTON, Sept. 1 -- Army Well-Being issued the following news release from the Army Safety Center:

As passengers in privately-owned vehicles (POVs), Soldiers have "Safety Rights and Responsibilities" no matter their grade or the grade of the driver.
