MARIETTA, Ohio, Aug. 18 -- Marietta College issued the following news release:
Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland has appointed Marietta College's Dr. Bob Chase to the five-member Oil and Gas Commission, which receives and hears appeals of any person claiming to be aggrieved or adversely affected by an order by the Chief of the Division of Mineral Resources Management.
