WASHINGTON, Dec. 23 -- The Federal Reserve Bank issued the following news release:
The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Ocean Bankshares, Inc., Miami, Florida, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
