LIVERMORE, Calif., Aug. 22 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory issued the following newsletter:
The Environmental Protection Department has reorganized in order to optimize its resources and allow it to meet changing Laboratory and environmental regulatory requirements.
The loss of EPD personnel this year, coupled with changes in Lab business operations, has resulted in EPD moving from six divisions - which were established . . .
