With the New Year upon us, it is a good time to reflect on the accomplishments Arkansans have made and the adversity we've overcome during the past twelve months. In 2008, we saw both challenges and achievement in the State, and their lessons will guide us as we eagerly anticipate everything the future holds for us in 2009.
