LISLE, Ill., Oct. 4 -- Benedictine University issued the following news release:
Benedictine used the attacking of sophomore Kayla Leyden and the defense of senior Amanda Distasio to lead a 3-1 (17-25, 25-18, 29-27, 25-21) win at Maranatha Baptist Bible College in Watertown, Wis. The win improved the Eagles to 10-11 overall and 4-2 in the Northern Athletics Conference.
