KABUL, Afghanistan, Nov. 21 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Central Command issued the following press release:
Afghan National Security Forces and Coalition forces on a joint patrol tonight in Khost province were involved in an incident that required the forces to go through standard warning procedures, including firing warning shots toward a vehicle that failed to follow signals.
A local national was wounded and given first aid on the scene and immediatel . . .
