LANSING, Mich., Oct. 21 -- The Michigan Public Service Commission issued the following order:
In the matter, on the Commission's own motion, to conduct a proceeding in accordance with Section 1251 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to consider implementation of standards for net metering, fuel sources, and fossil fuel generation efficiency.
