AUGUSTA, Maine, Oct. 9 -- Maine State Rep. Teresea M. Hayes, D-94th District, issued the following news release:
State Rep. Terry Hayes, D-Buckfield, would like her constituents to know that the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) income guidelines have increased. The change in guidelines will mean more Maine families are eligible for the fuel assistance program.
