SILVER SPRING, Maryland, April 25 -- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration issued the following story: In 2019, entanglement reporting on the U.S. West Coast continued to be higher than what had occurred historically prior to 2014, although fewer reports were received than in some of the recent record high years. Umatilla National Forest to Begin Invasive Plant Treatments
