Cindy Axne, D-Iowa, has introduced legislation (H.R. 5688) to amend the Public Health Service Act "to provide for grants to enable States to carry out activities to reduce administrative costs and burdens in health care." Rep. Steube Introduces Bill on Compliance With Title IX of Education Amendments of 1972 in Athletics
WASHINGTON, Jan. 30 -- Rep. Greg Steube, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (H.R. 5702) to "provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 in athletics, sex shall be determined on the basis of biological sex as determined at birth by a physician."
