GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, North Dakota, Jan. 31 -- The U.S. Air Force (319th Air Base Wing) issued the following news: Lt. Gen. Dorothy Hogg, Air Force Surgeon General, and Chief Master Sgt.
