Arkansas Gov. Hutchinson Announces Intent to Grant Executive Clemency
LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Nov. 4 -- Gov. Asa Hutchinson, R-Arkansas, issued the following news release: Governor Asa Hutchinson today announced his intent to grant 7 pardons.
