WASHINGTON, April 23 -- Rep. Adam Smith, D-Wash., has introduced legislation (H.R. 2351) to "direct the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration to conduct a study relating to ultrafine particles." WASHINGTON, April 26 -- Rep. Adam Smith, D-Wash., has introduced the House Intern Pay Act (H.R. 2370) to "provide an allowance to offices of Members of the House of Representatives which shall be available for the compensation of interns."
