HALLOWELL, Maine, March 22 -- The Maine Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has approved an interconnection agreement (ICA) between Tidewater Telecom, Inc. and Level 3 Communications, LLC. The decision, issued on March 21, 2025, under Docket No. 2025-00087, facilitates telecommunications services between the two companies.

Maine PUC Certifies Milo Solar Facility as Class I and IA Renewable Resource
HALLOWELL, Maine, March 22 -- The Maine Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has granted certification to BNRG Renewables LTD's 20-megawatt (MW) solar facility in Milo, Maine, designating it as a Class I and Class IA renewable resource. The decision, issued on March 21, 2025, under Docket No. 2025-00027, allows the facility to contribute towards Maine's Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS).
