COLUMBUS, Ohio, Feb. 14 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio issued the following news release on Feb. 13, 2025:
A Fayette County man was charged with illegally reentering the United States after being convicted of an aggravated felony.
Pedro Marquez, 34, of Bloomingburg, Ohio, was arrested by federal agents today.
According to court documents, Marquez is from Mexico and was originally removed from the United States in 2009.
