WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- The Government Accountability Office (GAO) has dismissed a protest filed by Zeva Incorporated, a small business of Oakton, Virginia, challenging the award of a task order to BruckEdwards, Inc., a small business of Reston, Virginia, by the Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
