Man Accused of Murder in Teenager's Overdose Death Captured by U.S. Marshals
WASHINGTON, Jan. 29 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Marshals Service issued the following news release: Memphis, TN - The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) captured a Memphis murder fugitive, Samuel Sipes, 22, in Olive Branch, Mississippi. In January of 2023, a 17-year-old male was found dead of an overdose in a home on Wrenwood Street in Memphis. It is alleged that he died of a fatal dose of fentanyl.
