Three Fugitives Added to List

A sixth fugitive on Attorney General Gentner Drummond's 10 Most Wanted list has been captured and three new fugitives have been added.
Last month, Detroit police arrested Virginia Hubbard. The 55-year-old woman is accused of neglecting a Tulsa County woman she was hired to care for and preying on her financially.
