ST. PAUL, Minnesota, Dec. 21 -- Gov. Tim Walz, D-Minnesota, issued the following news release on Dec. 19, 2024:
Governor Tim Walz today announced more than $10.5 million for seven business expansion projects in the state. The projects are expected to support 755 jobs and leverage more than $86 million in outside investment.

Once a week, Grace Brosnan, one of the worker-owners of Curbside Compost Co-op, hops on an e-bike with a trailer behind it and collects bagged organic waste from about 140 households in Northfield. Minnesota Housing: 2024 Project Selections Announced
ST. PAUL, Minnesota, Dec. 21 -- Minnesota Housing issued the following news release on Dec. 20, 2024:
On Thursday, the Minnesota Housing board of directors selected and advanced proposed housing developments totaling nearly $191 million in investments that will support the creation and preservation of 2,276 single-family homes, apartments, and manufactured home community lots. In total, these projects represent more than $480 million of housing development and will support 4,400 jobs.
